REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Overview

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made through Sketchys.
We sell digital downloadable products and physical art posters. Refund conditions differ depending on the product type.


Digital Downloadable Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content once the download has started.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

  • The file is technically defective

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible due to our error

In such cases, we will provide:

  • A corrected file, or

  • An alternative solution at our discretion

No refunds will be issued for digital products that have been successfully delivered.


Physical Posters (Printed Products)

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery for physical posters only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong product was sent

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Custom-made or personalized posters are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital downloadable products

  • Customized or personalized physical posters

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


Refund Process (Physical Products Only)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Exchanges

We only replace physical products if they are damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, please contact us at hasan@sketchys.net with photos of the issue.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Contact your bank
